1. Damaged or Defective Items
Our logistics partner ensures the delivery with clear
photograph immediate after delivery to respective person after verify OTP. If
you receive a damaged or defective item, don’t accept it. please contact
our customer support immediately. We will provide guidance on how to proceed
and may request photos of the damaged item(s) for assessment.
- Refunds
No refunds are encouraged by our team as our team already
did amazing R&D from Product manufacturing to shipping in your hands in all
manner. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If the return does not meet the
eligibility criteria, we may refuse the return and the item(s) will be returned
to you at your expense. If you receive damage product before collect from
delivery partner then replacement of other product is possible. You can choose
that to refund.
- Cancellation

You cannot cancel the order at any circumstances. As our
products are stored in many locations of our logistics partner warehouse. After
receiving your order, it start updating to nearest warehouse to dispatch. After
that, the order will be processed and cannot be cancelled. Please contact our
customer support to request a cancellation in rarest case. Those cases cannot
disclose as it can misuse. But if it in our rarest case list then we may cancel
it.

save both of us time to communicate;
